The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Custom-stitched or altered clothing.
Accessories (scarves, jewelry, etc.) for hygiene reasons.

3. Refund Policy:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy:

If you need a different size or design, we offer exchanges.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If unavailable, you can opt for store credit or a refund.

5. Return Process:
